York House, Stony Stratford

York House is a Youth, Community and Arts Centre in Stony Stratford run by volunteers. York House is set to become our new home in Stony Stratford.


You will find The Comedy Cow in the Main Hall. The room has a cash bar by volunteers (which is closed during the acts) from which the profits are reinvested into York House.

Headlining this evening is Frank Sanazi.


Frank Sanazi 'Ze Ubermeister of Lounge' brings a New Order and discipline to ze usually more relaxed swing scene.


Frank embraces the modern idiom by singing about and reflecting on ze world around him, as his music and style originate from his homeland he has preferred to call ze whole movement 'Fatherlounge'. Club goers acknowledge zat Frank has created a new style of show in ze west, 'Extreme Cabaret', it does seem zat his 'Extreme Renditions' of Rat Pack classics as well as his abrasive comedy stylings have endorsed him as ze new Dark Prince of Original Burlesque.


Frank is ze leader of The Iraq Pack, a group of infamous crooners consprising of Dean Stalin, Saddami Davis Jnr and Osama Bing Crosby., or as NATO calls them "The 4 singers of the Apocalypse". 

Hosting the show is Lou Conran. Opening the show is Rachel Fairburn.

Headlining this show is Suzi Ruffell!


Suzi’s innovative style captivates audiences with her engrossing tales of social ineptitude. Lauded as ‘a real stand up gem’ by The Guardian this young independent woman celebrates her working class roots with a sideways look at the world. Regarded as one of best up and coming acts on the circuit Suzi is in constant demand at clubs and theatres across Britain. Fast establishing herself on the live circuit supporting Alan Carr, Josh Widdicombe and Kevin Bridges on tour she then went onto have a sell-out double header tour with Romesh Ranganathan in the spring of 2015.
